What is a dead game for you?
I suppose a dead game would be an incomplete game that is no longer being developed due to the dev quitting the project, putting it on hold or moving on to a new project.
So, following your assumptions, yes, this game is dead for you. It is currently on hold as I hope to give it a more professional touch in the future.
